Estabelece um calend\u00e1rio anual com marcos para o reengajamento, monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de ac\u00e7\u00f5es e relat\u00f3rios claros para a governa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p><p>Atribui fun\u00e7\u00f5es: gestor de RH ou gestor de comunidade, refer\u00eancia de antigos alunos por unidade de neg\u00f3cio e embaixadores volunt\u00e1rios para liderar os cap\u00edtulos locais. Para industrializar estes indicadores, a migra\u00e7\u00e3o para uma plataforma \u00fanica evita a dispers\u00e3o de ferramentas e a duplica\u00e7\u00e3o de dados. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Accoes_a_realizar_esta_semana_para_manter_a_relacao\"><\/span>Ac\u00e7\u00f5es a realizar esta semana para manter a rela\u00e7\u00e3o<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o a curto prazo: formalizar um percurso de ex-alunos, abrir um canal <strong>de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00f3s-contrato<\/strong>, agendar as primeiras sess\u00f5es de tutoria e definir gestores de acompanhamento p\u00f3s-partida. Recomenda-se um calend\u00e1rio trimestral para acompanhamento e ajustamentos r\u00e1pidos. <\/p><p>Para alinhar resultados e recursos, d\u00e1 prioridade \u00e0 automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o: lembretes, inscri\u00e7\u00e3o em eventos e publica\u00e7\u00e3o de vagas no quadro de empregos. Se quiseres industrializar, a plataforma centraliza perfis, mentoria, ofertas e conte\u00fados para evitar a fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p><p><strong>A\u00e7\u00e3o-chave:<\/strong> testar um
