Esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o reflecte a vontade de refor\u00e7ar as fileiras e de iniciar uma verdadeira <strong>passagem de testemunho de uma gera\u00e7\u00e3o para a seguinte<\/strong>.  A presen\u00e7a crescente de farmac\u00eauticos com menos de 35 anos \u00e9 uma esperan\u00e7a concreta que abre perspectivas de renova\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel.  <\/p><p>No entanto, a din\u00e2mica permanece fr\u00e1gil em v\u00e1rios aspectos. O n\u00famero de farm\u00e1cias que encerram em 2024 (260) e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de farmac\u00eauticos (-1,3%) sublinham as tens\u00f5es estruturais da rede regional. Muitos profissionais com experi\u00eancia na ind\u00fastria ou na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ponderam uma mudan\u00e7a de carreira, motivados pelas novas e mais amplas compet\u00eancias da farm\u00e1cia, nomeadamente nas \u00e1reas da preven\u00e7\u00e3o, rastreio e servi\u00e7os digitais. O contexto p\u00f3s-Covid veio acentuar esta tend\u00eancia, ao real\u00e7ar a import\u00e2ncia de uma pr\u00e1tica inovadora e integrada no percurso de cuidados.  <\/p><p>Esta evolu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 a mudar a pr\u00f3pria face da farm\u00e1cia, que deve agora combinar os conhecimentos tradicionais com a <strong>inova\u00e7\u00e3o em farm\u00e1cia<\/strong>. O aumento do n\u00edvel de forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o constituem alavancas essenciais para refor\u00e7ar o empenhamento dos jovens nas redes de farm\u00e1cias, facilitando a sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o operacional. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Os_desafios_economicos_e_organizacionais_da_renovacao_das_farmacias\"><\/span>Os desafios econ\u00f3micos e organizacionais da renova\u00e7\u00e3o das farm\u00e1cias<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Para al\u00e9m do n\u00famero de pessoas envolvidas, <strong>a renova\u00e7\u00e3o geracional<\/strong> mobiliza os decisores em torno de quest\u00f5es de governa\u00e7\u00e3o, de gest\u00e3o e de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos la\u00e7os profissionais. Rituais regulares, um calend\u00e1rio de desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias e um acompanhamento baseado em indicadores de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o garantem a efic\u00e1cia destas iniciativas.  <\/p><p>Os gestores de RH e CSE desempenham tamb\u00e9m um papel central na antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o da pir\u00e2mide et\u00e1ria e na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00eddas precipitadas. Considerar cen\u00e1rios de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e de coopta\u00e7\u00e3o numa fase precoce evita uma desorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o onerosa em termos de imagem e de qualidade do servi\u00e7o.
