Mentoring makes this possible through trust-based, often intergenerational, peer-to-peer relationships, where experience, best practices, past mistakes and business subtleties are passed on organically. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1143\">It facilitates the <strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"849\">horizontal and vertical circulation of information<\/strong>.
